"If my father had been more aware of the financial tools available to protect income and plan for the future, our family's experience growing up may have been different."

That perspective is what drives Jhan Le today.

As Executive Vice President at Legaci Tomorrow Insurance & Financial Services, Jhan oversees all aspects of agency operations — from leadership development and team growth to production and expansion. Based in Sacramento, California, he plays a central role in scaling the agency alongside the executive team, including Head of Agency Thomas Le. His mission is clear: help families build real financial security while developing the next generation of leaders to carry that work forward.

Jhan's path to leadership is rooted in lived experience. Raised as one of six children, he witnessed firsthand the discipline and sacrifice his parents poured into providing for their family through his father's handyman and gardening businesses. Working alongside his father from a young age, he developed the work ethic and resilience that would come to define his career.

At 18, he stepped into entrepreneurship, co-founding a wireless business with his cousin, Thomas Le. Over six years, he built a strong foundation in sales, leadership, and client relationships before transitioning into business banking, where he deepened his understanding of financial systems and strategy.

In 2015, Jhan entered the financial services industry as a licensed life insurance agent, quickly recognizing the profound impact that proper financial planning can have on families. By 2019, he had advanced into leadership,  shifting his focus from personal production to developing people and building high-performing teams.

A defining moment came when his father passed away on the anniversary of his third year in the business. By then, Jhan had built the stability and knowledge to step up for his family, fulfilling a promise to carry forward the responsibility his father once held. That moment solidified his purpose: not just as a provider, but as a leader.

Today, Jhan Le is committed to building leaders, elevating standards, and cultivating a culture where winning is expected, because for him, this was never just about a career. It has always been personal.
