Since the firm’s founding in 2023, Graham has been the architect of systems and processes that propelled LEGACI to unprecedented national success. Under his leadership, the agency earned the prestigious Trident Award and was recognized for Highest Field Force Growth and National New Agency Recruiting excellence.
As former Managing Director, Graham oversaw the end-to-end operation of the agency’s Learning and Development. His commitment to creating high-performing systems has not only earned him multiple Presidential Citation Awards but also helped establish LEGACI as the destination for top-tier financial professionals seeking exponential growth.

Graham’s transition to the executive suite is backed by a decorated history of leadership in the financial services industry. Prior to LEGACI, he helped build a powerhouse team of over 100 professionals at New York Life, where he was recognized as Top 20 Partner companywide, Pacific Zone Rookie Partner of the Year, and two-time General Office Partner of the Year.

Before entering the insurance industry in 2015, Graham spent nine years in retail bank management with Wells Fargo, US Bank, and Bank of America. This deep understanding of financial systems is anchored by a Bachelor of Science in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis.

As a proud first-generation immigrant, his "why" is driven by a burning desire to provide for his family, a mission he fulfilled by successfully retiring his parents. This experience fuels his passion for helping agents and advisors realize their own dreams and build lasting legacies for their clients and the communities they serve.
Based in Sacramento, California, Graham is dedicated to the mentorship of the next generation of leaders under the guidance of Head of Agency, Thomas Le. When he is not in the office, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Michelle, and their four children: Mia, Olivia, Carter, and Payton.
